The Pupusa, Our Beginning
Every pupusa here is shaped by hand — filled with classic revuelta, fragrant loroco and cheese, or tender chicharrón — and prepared fresh each morning without exception.
More Than the Masa
Beyond pupusas: tamales in plantain leaves, crispy yuca con chicharrón, golden plátanos fritos, and rich broths — every dish prepared fresh daily, guided by fifteen years of getting it right.
A Discovery on Every Visit
The Salvadoran quesadilla — a sweet, cheesy rice-flour cake — and the golden empanadas de leche are the kind of dishes guests stumble upon once and never stop ordering.
